Equipment for presentation
1. Please carry your laptop computer (*
Reference 1) or, media by CR-R or USB memory (* Reference 2). The media for MS
Windows is available.
2. As for the orator after
completing registration, verify your presentation material at a PC desk in a
meeting hall
3.
During your presentation, please operate the PC by yourself.
4. For animated pictures and sounds, carry your laptop computer. In
addition, embed all of your data in same folder.
Note: Draw up the animated picture file
for MS Media Player.
Note: When your presentation links other
data (animated picture, etc), retain the original data and please confirm
operation in advance.
(* Reference 1) In a case of carrying your own laptop PC (Windows /
Macintosh)
Complete
registration 30 minutes before your presentation, then
confirm operation at a PC desk in a meeting hall.
※ (For Macintosh user) Carry your
Macintosh PC with presentation date.
※
(For Windows user) We recommend you will carry your laptop PC,
when Power Point material contains animated pictures, or when your data are
generated by some special software.

When your laptop PC needs to use a special connector, attached in
the PC, please carry it by yourself.
・
Confirm output on an external monitor connected with your laptop
PC.
・
Embed all data in the desktop.
・
Cancel the screen saver, power saver, password, etc.,
at your laptop in advance.
・
Carry your AC adapter and the power code.
・
To prevent unexpected accidents, carry the backup data (CD-R or
USB memory).

of carrying your media (only for Windows)
Complete

Presentation data should be generated by PowerPoint 2000 and the
later version
・
CD-R or USB memory is available for data storage.
・ Before carrying media,
confirm sliding show presentation of your data in CD-R or USB memory in the
other PC than your one.
