Registration Submission

All participants should submit the registration form to the corresponding Registration Officer by fax. Each of charged participants are also requested to attach copies of APPLICATION FOR REMITTANCE and STATEMENT OF REMITTANCE for your bank transfer to the following account in Tokyo, Japan.
