All invited oversea persons by our financial support are booked at Rihga Royal Hotel in Tokyo from the evening of March 26 to the morning of March 29, 2003. Such persons are not requested to book the hotel by themselves, since the Organizers are booking, there, by their expenses.

The room charge includes the following items.
1) Room residence of only invited person (All accompamy persons are charged, separately.)
2) Breakfast of only invited person (All accompamy persons are charged, separately.)
Thus, you will be asked to pay the other charges, such as telephone, e-mail, bar and the other private uses, when you leave the hotel. For this payment, you can use the major international credit cards, such as VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEICANEXPRESS.
The other participants by your expenses should contact with your tourist companies in your local places for your hotel reservation. Also, you can see a link of this Conference homepage, named 'Travel & Lodge'. The Organizers don't assist your hotel reservation.
The oversea participants of Kyoto Satellite Symposium among the invited persons of this Conference will stay at guest houses in the University of Kyoto from the evening of March 29 to the morning of April 1 at free. The details will be announced from the Secretary Office of the Symposium.
